• Account Creation: You can easily set up an account with Chelsey’s Collections. To register, you will need to provide your first name, last name, email address, and password. It is essential that all information you submit through our services is accurate, up-to-date, comprehensive, and devoid of any viruses or unlawful content.

• Account Confidentiality: You must keep your account username and password confidential and refrain from sharing this information with anyone else. You recognize that your account is solely for your personal use and agree not to grant anyone else access to the services using your username, password, or any related information. In the event of any unauthorized access or use of your username or password, or any security breach, you agree to notify us immediately. Additionally, you should always log out of your account at the end of each session when using our services. Exercise caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer to prevent others from viewing or recording your password and other personal details.

• Account Deactivation: We reserve the right to deactivate any username, password, or other identifier, whether selected by you or assigned by us, at any time and at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. • Account Ownership: You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your account on the services, and that if you cancel your account or your account is deactivated, all information you have submitted as part of your account will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from our systems. 8. Mobile / SMS Terms / E-Mail

• Mobile / SMS Messaging: Some of the services may, from time to time, have features that contain features for wireless device users (“Mobile Features”) and may allow you to opt-in to Mobile Services including SMS and/or MMS messaging programs (“SMS Messaging”). Your wireless provider may charge you for using mobile features or SMS Messaging, including fees related to the receipt of text messages or related to the transmission of data from your mobile device.

• Additional Fees: To access Mobile Features or use SMS Messaging, your wireless provider might require you to acquire additional services, which could involve extra fees. You acknowledge that you are aware of and accept any charges your wireless provider may impose. Additionally, you understand that Chelsey’s Collections is not responsible for these fees.

• Consent / Auto Dialer: By signing up for any Mobile Features or SMS Messaging, you may consent to receive recurring text messages. You acknowledge that we may utilize an autodialer or another form of automated calling system to send marketing text messages to the mobile number you provided when opting in for these features. Please note that your consent to receive text messages is not a requirement for making a purchase or using our services, including any features available on our Sites. Additionally, your wireless provider may impose message or data rates, which you are aware of and accept.

• Opt - Out: You acknowledge that the service may involve a recurring message program. Should you wish to stop receiving text messages, simply reply with STOP to any message you receive.

• Updating Account: If you modify or deactivate the phone number you initially provided during sign-up for any Mobile Features or SMS Messaging, you agree to update your account accordingly. This ensures that any SMS messages meant for you do not get sent to anyone who might obtain your number if your wireless provider reassigns it.

• E-Mail Communications: Upon signing up, you will receive email communications periodically. You acknowledge that you can opt out of these communications by following the procedures outlined in any of the emails. 10. Product Usages

• Body Butters: Apply a pea to a dime-sized amount to the desired skin area, massage into the skin. For extra-long-lasting moisture our body butters can be paired with our body oils.

• Body Oils: Shake for 5 - 8 seconds. Apply 1 - 2 pumps of oil to your hand and massage back and forth on to your desired body part.

If our services include links to external sites and resources offered by third parties, please note that these links are provided solely for your convenience. This encompasses links found in advertisements, such as banner ads and sponsored links. We do not have control over the content of these external sites or resources and accept no liability for them, nor for any loss or damage that may result from your usage. Should you choose to visit any third-party websites linked through our Services, you do so entirely at your own risk and in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to those websites.

Chelsey's Collections® disclaims any liability for medical claims made in customer testimonials. The assertions regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These Terms and Conditions constitute the comprehensive and exclusive agreement between you and Chelsey’s Collections regarding the services offered. 15. Product Discount Applications

• Certain discount codes and associated promotional pricing can only be applied by the customer during the checkout process for the services.

• We also offer automatic discount codes, so we strongly recommend verifying that your desired discount code is applied before making your purchase.

• Orders made before a sale or any promotional event will not qualify for future discounts or promotions, regardless of whether the order has been shipped or delivered to the customer. Moreover, coupon codes that are applicable during a specific purchase but not entered by the customer at the time of checkout cannot be retroactively applied once the sale has concluded.

16: Subscriptions

Automatic renewal of subscriptions. Products that are part of an automatic renewal subscription will renew automatically at the end of your initial subscription period for any following terms, unless either you or Chelsey’s Collections decides to cancel the subscription.

By enrolling in the automatic renewal of your subscription, you consent to the automatic renewal of your subscription. Unless you opt to cancel, you authorize Chelsey’s Collections to charge your payment method for the renewal period. You will receive an email confirming your enrollment in the auto-renewal program. Additionally, you will be notified 30 days prior to your renewal date, or on another date as mandated by applicable law.

17. Payment Terms

If you order Services, you agree to pay at the time of order the then-current applicable Service fee or price per product and any applicable shipping charges all as listed on the Site at Chelseyscollections.com.

18. Shipping​

• Shipping Policy: By purchasing from Chelsey's Collections®, you acknowledge that once the package is relinquished to the United States Postal Service, we are no longer responsible for any delays in delivery. These delays may arise due to unforeseen circumstances, including hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, or other natural disasters that may occur following your purchase(s).

• International Shipping Policy: By purchasing from Chelsey's Collections®, you acknowledge that we are based in the United States and that all packages are shipped from this location. If you are located outside the United States, you agree that Chelsey's Collections® is not responsible for any import taxes or fees that may be imposed by your country on international orders. These fees will need to be covered by the purchaser.

• Lost Package Policy 1.1: If your package shows that it's been delivered at usps.com, dhl.com, ups.com, or fedex.com and you still haven’t received it, don't worry! Just file a claim with the appropriate carrier and provide us with the claim number via chelseyscollections@gmail.com ("Email") or chat at the bottom of the page! We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if your order has been shipped to the correct address that you provided on your order or any shipping address that you confirmed. Customers agree that Chelsey's Collections® does not have any liability on the order once it's already been shipped. It will be in the position of the carrier and it's the responsibility of the customer to communicate with the carrier regarding the lost or stolen items. ​

• Lost Package Policy 1.2: By accepting the terms outlined on this page, the purchaser acknowledges that Chelsey's Collections® is not liable for address corrections. It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide a correct and current address during checkout to ensure the successful delivery of their order. Please note that refunds may not be issued for address errors, as orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 - 7 business days, in accordance with our processing policy.

• Please Note: Mail theft is punishable by law and is a federal crime, a felony that could result in prison time, the loss of the right to vote or hold public office, and significant fines. The taking of items through fraud, deception, or embezzlement are included within the definition of the crime. Mail theft includes but are not limited to: Hiding or destroying mail also constitutes mail theft, as does the purchase, receipt, or possession of mail that one knows was stolen. • Processing Policy: Upon purchasing from Chelsey's Collections®, please allow 5 - 7 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, from 8 AM - 5 PM.

• Returns or Exchange Policy: There are no returns or exchanges strictly due to sanitary reasons! If any products are broken, damaged, or leaking please refrain from using that individual product(s); or if any product(s) are missing from the order. • Weather Conditions Policy 1.1: As the weather gets increasingly warmer outside our body butters and other meltable products have the ability to melt during transit. Chelsey's Collections® does everything in their power to REDUCE the likelihood of your products melting such as providing ice packs on the chelseyscollections.com ("Site"), gifting ice packs with orders of $100+ and freezing each and every meltable product for 24 hours before shipping. Chelsey's Collections® places warnings and banners on the chelseyscollections.com ("Site") and other social platforms expressing the likelihood of this outcome as the weather shifts and we cannot guarantee the body butters and other meltable products wont melt during transit. We would at these times highly suggest over night or priority shipping as offered at the time of check out.

• Weather Conditions Policy ​1.2: If you find your body butter(s) melted or frozen due to weather conditions during shipping, please consider the following:

  • If your product(s) are melted: due to current weather conditions, leave them in a room temperature location for 24 - 48 hours to solidify! You can also place your butter(s) into the freezer for 5 minutes and use a stand or hand mixer to regain fluffy texture! 

  • If your product(s) are frozen: due to current weather conditions, leave them in a room temperature location for 24 - 48 hours to defrost!

There are no returns or exchanges strictly due to sanitary reasons! 20. EGift Cards

When you purchase EGift Cards from Chelsey's Collections®, you acknowledge that Chelsey's Collections® is not liable for any inaccuracies in the email addresses entered at checkout. The EGift Card will be sent instantly to the email provided upon purchase, so please ensure the accuracy of the email address to receive your EGift Card. No returns will be processed for incorrect email addresses provided at the time of purchase.
